Against all of your expectations (but not mine), The Faradesia Chronicles is BACK! It had been four years since the last chapter was posted, and it had been three-and-a-half since I had touched Minecraft, but it was always my intention to continue this saga. Chapters II and III of Volume Two were actually completed around that last time I played the game, but for whatever reason, I never posted them here. Sorry about that!
Volume Two, Chapters II, III, IV, and V are now all on this site. I wrote Chapter IV up today from my memory of playing the game back in 2013, so it's likely incomplete; I had remembered something completely different---involving Tacky building an intermediate-complexity Redstone machine for The Maker---and only remembered the part I did because of the food in my inventory when I loaded up the save file. The machine I remembered building was not where I thought it was, so I'm not sure what happened to it.
Anyway, we're now on Arc 6! This arc again focuses on Tacky---The Maker is still recovering from the Endlord's torture at the end of Arc 4. Whereas Arc 5 consisted of a larger adventure, Arc 6 will comprise a few smaller adventures of lesser overall significance, likely totalling four chapters.
I can't promise that it won't be another four years until I post another chapter, but as of right now, I am eager to maintain this new momentum! Oh, and I'll be releasing a new version of the official Faradesia Map after Arc 6. I may also include a map of Faradesia's Nether! (No promises; that would require a fair amount of work, if less than for the main map.)
